459bd Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 459bd ("459bd", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 459bd website located at 459bd.vip and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion on 459bd, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform.

459bd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Each individual player may hold only one account on 459bd at any given time. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 459bd uses automated and manual fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts, and where found, all associated accounts may be suspended and any balances or pending withdrawals forfeited. To register an account on 459bd, you must:

• Provide a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control, which will serve as your primary account identifier.
• Create a strong, unique password of at least 8 characters. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity conducted under your account.
• Confirm that you are at least 21 years of age and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
• Provide any further information reasonably requested by 459bd for the purposes of identity verification or fraud prevention.

You must notify 459bd immediately if you have reason to believe that your account credentials have been compromised, that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that any suspicious activity has occurred in relation to your account. 459bd will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to adequately protect your account credentials.

459bd accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa and Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. 459bd does not charge any transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

• All deposits must be made using a payment account that is registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not accepted and will be returned where possible.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are generally processed within minutes once approved. Processing times may be longer for bank transfers.
• 459bd reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, particularly where the amount is large or where unusual account activity has been detected. In such cases, additional documentation may be requested and the processing time extended accordingly.
• Funds deposited into a 459bd account may not be transferred to another player's account and may not be used for any purpose other than wagering on games and sports events available on the Platform.
• 459bd is not a financial institution and does not pay interest on account balances. Account balances are not covered by any deposit protection scheme.

In the event of any system error, technical fault, or manifest error affecting the settlement of a game or sporting event, 459bd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the relevant players' accounts. 459bd will not be liable for any consequential losses arising from such events.

459bd may offer bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins and cashback offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be stated in the promotion's specific terms and conditions.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per promotion, unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion's terms. Duplicate accounts used to claim multiple bonuses will be closed and all associated balances forfeited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 459bd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, computer damage or system failure, even if 459bd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 459bd's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 459bd account in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

459bd makes no representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of the Platform or any content thereon for any particular purpose. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 459bd does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

459bd reserves the right to update, revise or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of these Terms will always be accessible on the Platform. Where a material change is made, 459bd will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to registered users. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with generally accepted principles of online gaming law and applicable international standards.
